China Construction Bank (Russia) Limited (hereinafter refers as “The Bank”) opens and maintains accounts for legal entities in Russian Rubles (RUB) and Chinese Yuan (CNY).

In order to consider the request of Your Company for account opening with the Bank, it is necessary to send the request for account opening to the e-mail: enquiry@ru.ccb.com

At this stage, the provision of originals and/or copies of any constituent and other documents of Your Company is not required. It is important to send to the Bank the full and trustful answers to the following questions:

• Company’s name
• Company’s TIN
• Briefly description of company’s business activity, web-site (if available)
• Number of employees
• Company’s financial information (e.g. revenues of the company ) as of the last reporting date
• The purpose of account opening
• Planned transactions using the potential account in the Bank
• Company’s contact information.

Due to the significant number of applications for account opening and the necessity to process it the Bank could not guarantee any certain fixed date for consideration of received requests, but in any case the Bank makes maximum efforts to speed up the process.

As soon as the decision for accounts opening of Your Company is taken, the Bank will revert to you via contacts provided in your request.
